Whilst HR is recruiting your new employee, our Implementation team will create a process map of your offshored functions and assist in the creation of your SOPs.

TRAINING AND GO-LIVE!
Your new team member has now been onboarded into CBP and is being trained the way you like it! Your staff member is now in your system and workloads gradually increased to 100%!
